The address
1750 North Bayshore Drive, Miami, FL 33132. The tower is about 8 miles from Miami International Airport — roughly 20–30 minutes by car.
By rideshare
Set your drop-off to 1750 North Bayshore Drive.
By trolley
The free Biscayne trolley stops right outside and runs from Midtown through Downtown to Brickell.
Next door
Margaret Pace Park is right next door — eight bayfront acres, open 7:00 AM–10:00 PM.
Checking in
Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Bring a photo ID and start at the administration office, next to the front desk in the lobby.

Register for face recognition — this is how you'll enter the building. Bring a photo ID.

Bringing a car? Pick up your transponder at the same office. It's $25, cash or card, and your assigned space is 957 on the 9th floor of the garage.

Head up to PH1, apartment 5208. You'll only need the fob to call the elevator from the first floor.

Your key and fob are in the lamp by the apartment door — on the outside. Take them out of the lamp to unlock the door.
Keep your key safe
There's no spare key and building security can't open the apartment door. If you lose it, you'll need to call a locksmith at your own expense — so please keep the key with you at all times.
Wi-Fi
If VIPER 5G doesn't show up, connect to VIPER with the same password.

Parking
A parking space comes with the apartment at no extra charge — the only cost is the transponder that opens the garage gate.

Street parking
Metered street parking is available around Margaret Pace Park, but it fills up quickly on weekends. All street parking is paid — if you park in a spot without paying, or in a restricted area, your car may be towed.
Amenities — hours & rules
Gym, sauna & hot tub
On floor R, daily 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
Pool area under maintenance. The pool is temporarily closed — we'll let you know as soon as it reopens.
Laundry
On the 10th floor, open 24 hours. Your laundry card is on the white work table; a replacement costs $5 from the machine in the laundry room.
Garbage
On the PH1 floor — turn left out of the apartment and follow the hall around the corner to the door with the garbage sign.
Margaret Pace Park
Right next door: eight bayfront acres with tennis, basketball, a dog park and outdoor gym equipment. Open 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
Nearby
Publix is a 4-minute walk at 1776 Biscayne Boulevard (7:00 AM – 10:00 PM). For dinner, try Klaw across the street or Tanka one block away.
Packages & deliveries
Packages
Packages are held in the package room at the back of the lobby. Just bring a photo ID and the unit number when you go to collect them.
No mail accepted. This unit can't receive mail — please use a mailing service or your home address for any letters or documents.
Food & other deliveries
When your order arrives, meet the driver in the lobby.
During your stay
Mid-stay cleaning · $120. Staying a while? Message Silvana a day that works and we'll book it for you.
House rules
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- No parties or events of any kind
- No smoking or vaping in the unit, on balconies, or in any common area
- Maximum occupancy must be respected
- Pets are welcome, subject to owner approval and a $250 pet fee
- Follow all building staff and security instructions
- Your access credentials are yours alone — please don't pass them to anyone
- There's no spare key — please keep it with you at all times. A lost key means calling a locksmith.
Before you go
Checkout is before 11:00 AM.
- Leave used towels in the bathtub or shower.
- Take the trash to the garbage room — turn left out of the door, then around the corner.
- Leave the A/C set to COOL rather than switching it off.
- Put the key and fob back inside the lamp by the door, and the laundry card on the white work table.
- Do a final sweep of the closet, the bathroom shelf, and anything plugged in by the bed.
- Lock up behind you.
